For players ages 17+, our non-contact adult league is designed for players of all skill levels to get the most out of their flag football experience. With both recreational and competitive divisions, Toronto Flag Football is the place to play for players looking for a top-notch flag football league.

As a player in the adult league, you receive:
Referees: TFFL trained and certified referees at every game.
Statistics: Up to the minute team and individual statistics and standings tracked on the TFFL website.
Awards: Multiple player awards for top players each season, and prizes for division champions.
Registration
Players can register for the Adult League as either:
A Full Team
We recommend about 10 players, as games are played 7-on-7
OR
A Free Agent
Free agents will either be combined to make a full team or will be added to teams that need a few extra players. We will happily keep small groups of friends together who sign up as Free Agents!
Team Responsibilities
- Uniforms: Teams are required to play each game in uniforms that include a player number on the front and back. Teams may provide their own uniforms or order jerseys from Toronto Flag Football ($500 for 12 TFFL Jerseys).
- Equipment: Teams are required to bring their own Flag-A-Tag style flag belts, kicking tee, and football. Teams can also order this equipment from Toronto Flag Football ($180 for 12 flag belts, 1 tee, and 1 football).
- Performance Bond: The TFFL collects a credit card that will be charged $125 for every forfeit that the league can't reschedule. Teams that are forfeited against will receive $100 if their game can't be rescheduled.
